Your role will involve assisting clients in making successful claims for benefits, providing key working using brief interventions, and linking clients with necessary support services.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Flexibility to work on a shift pattern, including weekends and unsociable hours, is a must.
