The Role As a Community Nurse, youll play a key role in delivering safe, personalised care in the community. Youll work autonomously while remaining well supported by a wider multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality nursing care to children in the community Working closely with families to develop and review personalised care plans Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up care Managing your own caseload with strong organisation and time management Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reporting Salary & Benefits Salary up to £39,000
