We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank, our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.

Full Time, 42hrs per week.

Week 1:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday;
Week 2:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday — 8pm to 8am.

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary
• Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role

• £12.21 p/h weekdays £12.82 p/h Weekends. Upon completion of probation, pay increases to £12.15 p/h Weekdays and £13.14 p/h Weekends
