• Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio to support safe therapeutic care

• Caring, resilient and compassionate individuals
• Aged 22 (to meet Ofsted regulations)
• Able to build positive trusting relationships with young people
• Calm and confident in challenging situations
• Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
• Looking to build a long-term career in childrens residential care

No previous experience required full induction provided including:

• A large well-established childrens residential care provider
• Multiple homes across the UK
• Therapeutic child-centred care model
• Clear future growth and development plans
• Additional services supporting children and young people
