Salary: per annum (including sleep-ins)
Working Hour: Full-time shift-based (including long days & sleep-ins)

- Caring, resilient and compassionate individuals
- Aged 22 (to meet Ofsted regulations)
- Able to build positive trusting relationships with young people
- Calm and confident in challenging situations
- Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
- Looking to build a long-term career in childrens residential care
No previous experience required full induction provided including:
- A large well-established childrens residential care provider
- Multiple homes across the UK
- Therapeutic child-centred care model
- Clear future growth and development plans
- Additional services supporting children and young people
