Overview

Join SDR at St George’s Residential Care Home as a Night Care Assistant!

Location:

Worthing, West Sussex. Salary: £12.25 per hour (annual review). Weekend Rate: £12.95 per hour.

Hours:

24 hours per week, fixed 2 week rolling shift pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Support the wellbeing of residents and uphold the highest standards of care as a Night Care Assistant.
  • Provide compassionate, individualised care tailored to residents’ needs and preferences.
  • Assist with dementia care, support for complex physical conditions, palliative care and respite care as required.

  • Experienced Night Care Assistant – Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred

📅 Working hours are part-time with set shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
