Job Title: Engineering Lead (M&E) – Worthing, West Sussex

We’re looking for an experienced M&E Lead Engineer with a proven track record in supervising technical engineering teams to help deliver excellence across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.

• Supervise and coordinate a team to deliver planned, reactive, and ad‑hoc maintenance.
• Manage HV/LV and mechanical building services to ensure compliance and safety.
• Liaise with suppliers,станly, contractors, and operational teams to maintain service standards.
• Ensure statutory compliance, RAMS sign‑off, and permit‑to‑work processes.
• Support a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Building Services or Facilities Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Competnyder in statutory compliance and PPM regimes (Sթեր).
• IT literacy (Maximo & Microsoft Office).

• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• IET Wiring
  
  CK 18th Edition.
• HV Authorised Person Course.
• IOSH Managing Safely.

• Mechanical NVQ Level 3.
• ACOP L8 Legionella Responsible Person.
• Asbestos Responsible Person training.
• Experience with CAFM systems (Maximo).
