Support our players on and off the pitch. The Player Education Lead designs, implements, and evaluates the educational careers and lifestyle curriculum for Girls Academy players. You will lead the full delivery of the BTEC Level 2/3 Extended Diploma in Sport and BTEC National qualifications to eligible students. You will monitor player grades and academic progress, providing comprehensive educational reports to relevant Girls Academy staff.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate the educational careers and lifestyle curriculum for Girls Academy players.
- Lead the delivery of BTEC Level 2/3 Extended Diploma in Sport and BTEC National qualifications to eligible students.
- Monitor player grades and academic progress; provide comprehensive educational reports to Girls Academy staff.
This position may require working on bank holidays, travel as needed, and responding to emergency situations day or night.
Requirements- QTS qualified and BTEC Level 3 Teacher qualified.
- Teaching experience within Key Stage 4 and 5.
- Demonstrable experience as an active champion of a safeguarding culture.
- Strong understanding of developmental, emotional, social, and educational issues of children and young people.
