Position: Lecturer in Additional Learning Support [Ref: WC1650]

Overview

Are you passionate about empowering young people and making a positive impact in their educational journey? We are seeking an Additional Support Lecturer to deliver innovative teaching activities tailored for young people with social communication difficulties and those on the Autistic Spectrum. You will work collaboratively and innovatively with staff to design, develop, manage and review programmes within the area and cross college.

Your role includes handling associated administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.

Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience working with young people who have social communication difficulties and learners on the Autistic Spectrum. Experience of working with a diverse range of learners is essential. You must have a related degree (or equivalent). If you do not hold a teaching qualification, you must be willing to work towards this. Looking to get into teaching? Salary and Benefits
  • Pro rata of £27,785 -£43,325 per annum (i.e. £22,228 - £34,660)

Location

Role is based at Worthing College but includes also working at our Northbrook West Durrington campus. The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview.
