Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join my clients team in their Worthing, West Sussex offices. My client is a highly renowned law firm with multiple offices in West & East Sussex. This role would be suited to an experienced Legal Secretary with previous experience within Conveyancing.

• Work for one fee earner and support them by performing various administrative duties.
• Typing legal documents and correspondence, answering the phones, organising diaries, maintaining organised files, communicating with clients, answering simple enquiries.
• Administer filing daily and open, close, store and retrieve client files in accordance with detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary for their (his/her) principal.
• Flexible to cover other legal secretaries in the business.
