Part-Qualified Accountant

Overview

This Part-Qualified Accountant role in Steyning within the professional services industry requires strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail. The successful candidate will support the Accounting & Finance department in delivering high-quality financial services.

• Accounts production for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and not-for-profit clients
• Preparation of tax computations
• Dealing with client queries as they arise
• Management accounts and VAT returns
• Managing own workflow

• Working towards an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACA/ACCA)
• Experience working for an accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively
