• A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• Extensive knowledge of auditing standards and practices within the professional services industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing audit teams.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
