Saturdays 10-7, Sunday 10-4

Pro Rata Basic Salary (Based on £22,000 FTE)

Uncapped Commission | OTE £25,000-£30,000+ (Weekend Only)

We're seeking a driven Weekend Sales Executive who thrives in a busy showroom and knows how to convert opportunities into results. You'll benefit from the same commission structure as full‑time Sales Executives, with a pro rata basic salary based on £22,000 FTE.

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming showroom experience
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
• Organising and carrying out test drives
• Presenting finance, warranty, and add‑on products
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
• Working towards and exceeding weekend sales targets

• Experience in face‑to‑face sales (automotive, retail, or similar)
• Confident communication and strong closing ability
• A target‑driven mindset and desire to earn
• Professional presentation and a customer‑first approach
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork
• Full UK driving licence
• FCA accreditation (training available if needed)
