The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Officer to join our successful Marketing team on a three‑month fixed‑term basis, covering for the Head of Marketing. The role focuses on maintaining momentum across existing marketing activity, ensuring consistent, high‑quality output across digital platforms, and supporting key events, alumni engagement, and media relations. The postholder will not be expected to lead on strategy or major campaigns, but will play a vital role in ensuring communications remain clear, engaging, and aligned with the school’s ethos and values.

- Project management and/or event management experience.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or sales role.
- Experience working within a school or education environment.
- Strong written communication skills, with particular strength in creative and persuasive writing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Confident IT and digital skills, particularly in content creation and online communication.
- Experience of working to tight time frames and deadlines.
- A proactive, organised, and enthusiastic approach to work.
