Stafforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC or Manual Horizontal Borer Operator to join a well‑established engineering business based in Worksop.

• Operate CNC or manual horizontal boring machines to produce precision‑engineered components
• Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
• Set up machines, tooling, and work pieces accurately
• Machine components to tight tolerances
• Conduct quality checks using micrometers, verniers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

• Proven experience operating CNC or manual horizontal borers
• Strong understanding of machining processes and engineering drawings
• Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
• Good problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safe working practices

39 hours per week, Regular day shifts, £18 per hour, Overtime available at enhanced rates
