Academics are partnering with a range of welcoming and supportive schools who are looking for experienced Level 3 TAs to provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Temporary, flexible ongoing placements

Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)

This role is ideal for Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants who have strong classroom experience and enjoy working across different year groups.

You will play a key role in supporting learning, delivering small-group activities, assisting class teachers, and helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.

• Provide support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required
• Lead small-group work and deliver targeted interventions
• Offer effective 1:1 support for pupils when needed
• Assist teachers with preparing resources and maintaining classroom organisation
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and pupil confidence
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school
• Good communication, organisation and behaviour management skills
• Ability to support pupils with a range of abilities, including SEN
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
