They are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who can contribute to their vision of inspiring, inclusive education and help shape the school as it continues to grow.

We are recruiting a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 2. You will work alongside teaching staff, deliver planned sessions, and play an active role in the day-to-day life of the school.

• Deliver learning sessions across all phases in the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Support whole-class teaching under the guidance of qualified teachers
• Lead small-group interventions to boost progress and confidence
• Assist with planning, assessment, and feedback
• Promote an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and school staff

• Holds Higher Level Teaching Assistant status
• Has experience across primary year groups
• Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about education
• Shows excellent communication and organisational skills
• Can work effectively as part of a collaborative school team
• Shares the school's commitment to high standards and wellbeing
