Secondary School - Class Lead

We are recruiting for a Secondary School - Class Lead role at ASPIRE PEOPLE LIMITED in Worksop on an ad‑hoc, as‑and‑when‑needed basis.

This position is an excellent opportunity for graduates, HLTA holders, experienced teaching assistants, or qualified teachers who prefer to focus on practical classroom experience rather than planning and marking.

• Supervise and deliver work set by the class teacher.
• Ensure all students are on task and assist them when necessary.
• Be confident when the teacher is absent from the classroom.
• Set high expectations for behaviour and learning during lessons.
• Use positive techniques to keep children engaged and learning to their best potential.

• Ideally qualified to Degree or HLTA level.
