Are you a nurturing and energetic EYFS TA with Paediatric First Aid training looking for temporary, flexible and ongoing work across Early Years settings in Worksop?
Academics are currently supporting welcoming nurseries and primary schools with Early Years units who require passionate EYFS practitioners to support children aged 3-5 during key developmental stages.

Position: EYFS TA (Paediatric First Aid trained)
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions
Pay: 88.94 - 95 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications and client rate available)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you

About the Role

As an EYFS TA in Worksop, you will help support children's early communication, emotional, social and physical development through structured Early Years activities and play-based learning.
Your Paediatric First Aid qualification will ensure you can respond appropriately to minor injuries or health needs within an Early Years environment.

This role is ideal for Early Years specialists seeking flexibility, variety and rewarding work across multiple local settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children's learning across Nursery & Reception
• Encourage early social skills, communication and independence
• Assist with early phonics, early maths and continuous provision
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions when needed
• Contribute to observations and early learning records
• Use Paediatric First Aid knowledge when required
• Promote positive behaviour, independence and confidence
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing Early Years environment

Candidate Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years / Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
• Experience with in an EYFS or nursery environment
• Understanding of Early Years child development
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Calm, patient and supportive communication skills
