Key Responsibilities- Managing the company inbox
- Typing and preparing quotes
- Creating and maintaining job files
- Filing (both electronic and paper-based)
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
