Customer Advisor

Overview

B&Q Workington invites you to join as a Customer Advisor. Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 8.00am - 8.00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour. This is a part‑time, permanent contract role.

• Create an inspiring and helpful experience for customers and their home improvement projects.
• Sell products and provide expert advice.
• Manage stock, set up displays, and keep the store looking great.
• Be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, where possible.
• Work within a team and follow a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

• Friendly and outgoing with a passion for home improvement.
• Happy to help, eager to learn, and comfortable using new technology.
• Good teamwork skills and flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
