Hours:

36 hours per week (Days AND Nights available) OR Bank Pay :£20.08 per hour (£22.37 per hour for Bank or regional shifts) We are proud to be working with one of the biggest independent care providers in the UK. They are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN ) to join their care home in Workington, Cumbria. The Role As a Registered Nurse youll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. Youll:
Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
