Hours: 36 hours per week (Days AND Nights available) OR Bank

Pay
:£20.08 per hour (£22.37 per hour for Bank or regional shifts)

We are proud to be working with one of the biggest independent care providers in the UK. They are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN
) to join their care home in Workington, Cumbria. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation and make a positive impact.

As a Registered Nurse you’ll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You’ll:

• Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
• Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
• Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
• Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
• Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way

• Current NMC registration (RGN)
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
• Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
