Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Workington. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors, and handle phone and email inquiries. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. You will also provide administrative support to internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and correspondence management
- Organizational and time management skills for scheduling appointments and handling administrative tasks
- Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus
