Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join a busy warehouse operation based in Inkberrow. This is a hands-on role combining FLT work with general warehouse duties, supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading goods
* Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* General warehouse duties, including housekeeping
* Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with hours
