Purpose of the Role:Worcestershire County Cricket Club is looking to appoint a 2nd XI & Academy Performance Analyst to join the Performance Analysis Team in the Elite Cricket Department.
The successful candidate will lead on the set up, filming, coding and analysis of all home 2nd XI fixtures, while supporting us deliver our vision of being the premier destination for live sport, entertainment and hospitality in Worcestershire.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities:
This role may involve training, supervising, working with and/or being in sole charge of children and young people. The successful applicant will therefore be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. A disclosure is an impartial and confidential document that details an individual’s criminal record and where appropriate gives details of those who are banned from working with children.
Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Essential:- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good time management
- Excellent IT skills (preferably Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Windows Movie maker/ iMovie)
- Extensive knowledge of domestic cricket and international cricket
- Experience setting up cameras to capture live sport at a professional level.
