Job Description - Support Coordinator (252022)
Salary £25,838 Pro rata - Earn £13.21 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140
Worcestershire - primarily in the Worcester area

What you’ll doLead support planning with your customers and work alongside and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community

You havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
You will be able to manage own diary - in line with being flexible to meet the needs of the customers. You’ll work core hours between 08:00 and 20:00 with flexibility built in. You will be working a mixture of early shifts, evening shifts and a fair share of weekends and bank holidays.
You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as you will be travelling between the properties to provide support to the customers.
Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
