The Role

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our field team. The role involves a mix of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and specialized commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair:
  Servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial gas equipment and heating systems.
• Commissioning:
  Setting up and signing off manufacturer equipment (specialist training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Client Interaction:
  Representing the company on-site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a reliable professional who can work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

Essential:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in Commercial Gas Engineering.
• Qualifications:
  
  Current and valid commercial gas safety certifications (ACS).
• Technical Knowledge:
  Proven experience with commercial heating systems.
• Driving: A full, clean UK driving license is required.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Punctual, personable, and able to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of heating control systems.

What We Offer

• Salary: 44k basic, 50k + with overtime
• Contract:
  
  Full-time, permanent position.
• Hours:
  
  Minimum 40 hours per week plus travel time, and overtime rates after 4.30 pm
