Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, PULSAR® is seeking a super dynamic Sales Account Manager with experience in proactive customer relations. Benefiting from a sales centric and ‘can do’ attitude, the candidate will flourish in a super progressive organisation and will be sure to have good fun along the journey.
About the role:Situated in our Worcester HQ and equipped with a full suite of tools, the ideal candidate will take full ownership and will be responsible for managing and growing and existing portfolio of B2B customers. The candidate will work proactively to cement customer relationships, drive repeat business, explore new sales opportunities via upselling and cross‑selling, and ensure an overall excellent customer experience.
From time to time, the individual will support the external sales team with administrational tasks that ensures working efficiency in the field.
- Manage a defined portfolio of B2B customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong and long‑term partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and sales related opportunities
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing account

- Vet, filter and distribute all new B2B conducive leads
- Align with E‑Com and marketing channels to follow up and deliver on organically generated leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify upsell and cross‑selling opportunities within existing account.
- Generate and normalise repeat business via strategic planning and data analysis
- Work to a pipeline and contact plan to ensure existing B2B customers are nicely serviced

Experience:
- Amazing grades in higher education preferred
- Amazing grades in GCSE’s preferred
- UK Driving Licence essential
