About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and driven entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS sales team. Our platform helps organisations in construction, renewables, and utilities work smarter—improving efficiency, compliance, and project outcomes through modern cloud software.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Researching and identifying prospective customers across construction, renewables, and utilities
* Reaching out to leads via phone, email, and Linked In to understand their challenges
* Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for Account Executives
* Learning our product inside out and clearly communicating its value
* Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
* Collaborating with marketing and sales to improve messaging and outreach
* Developing strong knowledge of the industries we serve
What We’re Looking For
* A strong interest in sales, technology, or SaaS
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confidence speaking with new people and asking good questions
* A proactive, resilient mindset—you’re not afraid of hearing “no”
* Good organisation and time-management skills
* Basic IT literacy and willingness to learn new tools
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* A degree
* Any previous experience in sales, customer service, or outreach
* Interest in construction, renewable energy, or utilities sectors
