They require a suitably experienced Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge in a highly regarded venue
The main responsibilities of the job includes
- Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Support with training, and development of junior kitchen team members
- Supervise food preparation and presentation
- Work closely with front-of-house teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
The salary on offer is up to £34,00 plus bonus plus tips
