Hourly Rate - £17.50 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Soft Landscape Supervisor to lead on-site teams delivering high-quality soft landscaping projects across residential and commercial sites. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident supervising teams while maintaining excellent standards on site.

Key Responsibilities
 
Supervising and leading soft landscaping teams on site
Planning daily workloads and allocating tasks
Turfing, planting, and soil preparation to a high standard
Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification
Monitoring quality control and site presentation
Liaising with management, clients, and other trades on site
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times   About You

Proven experience in soft landscaping
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
Strong plant knowledge and practical landscaping skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Good problem-solving and organisational skills
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Full UK driving licence essential
CSCS Card holder
