Owen Daniels have partnered with a leading Engineering company and we are recruiting for a Press Brake Team Leader due to growth in the business.

Press Brake Team Leader –

Key responsibilities:

Set a strong example by maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment at all times.
Make sure quality standards and performance targets are met, monitor KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and ensure products are delivered on time and to the correct specification.
Lead, support and motivate the team, providing clear direction, training and feedback while dealing with any people matters fairly and in line with company policy.
Encourage continuous improvement by using lean methods, addressing root causes of problems, supporting engineering changes, and improving processes.
Collaborate with internal departments, ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards, and customer satisfaction.

Press Brake Team Leader - Essential

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Sage 200.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator with a positive, enthusiastic approach.
Able to use initiative, manage time well and prioritise workload effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues confidently.
