We're currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Supply Chain Operator to join a leading food manufacturing company in the Worcester area. The supply chain operator offers great training, a supportive team, and varied daily challenges.

Shifts:

4 on / 4 off rotating shifts

Days: 06:00 - 18:00

Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities as a supply chain operator

Goods-in receipt and outbound loading
Supplying production lines with raw materials
Palletising finished goods
Operating FLTs (Reach and Counterbalance)
Working across cold storage and dry goods areas
Following health & safety, hygiene, and quality protocols

Requirements as a supply chain operator

Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
Comfortable working days and nights on a rotating shift pattern
