Production Manager

Do you want full autonomy to lead the production for our manufacturing facility in Worcestershire? With a role encompassing the whole production operation to include planning, logistics and warehousing, as our new Production Manager, you will help develop us to the next level with a hands‑on approach to management and leadership.

Up to £60,000 dependant on your relevant experience.

• Pension – 3% employer, 5% employee
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays

As our Production Manager, you will have full autonomy to lead our manufacturing operation, overseeing planning and scheduling, production and warehousing. We have spent well on CAPEX developing our semi‑automated facility, and we need your help to continue to drive our growth and develop our efficiencies.
