Supply Chain Operator

We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Supply Chain Operator to join a leading food manufacturing company in the Worcester area.
The supply chain operator offers great training, a supportive team, and varied daily challenges.

Shifts:

4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
Days: 06:00 – 18:00
Nights: 18:00 – 06:00

📦 Key Responsibilities as a supply chain operator

* Goods-in receipt and outbound loading

* Supplying production lines with raw materials

* Palletising finished goods

* Operating FLTs (Reach and Counterbalance)

* Working across cold storage and dry goods areas

* Following health & safety, hygiene, and quality protocols

* Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail

* Comfortable working days and nights on a rotating shift pattern
