Team Leader Operations Stores

PERMANENT ROLE- JUST IN!

We are looking for a Team Leader
Operations Stores to join our client's dynamic team in Worcester
. You will oversee our Stores Operation team and play a key role in leading and developing your team.

This is a permanent position in a state of the art warehouse/production facility. Fast paced where teamwork and efficiency are paramount!

• Lead and support the stores/warehouse team to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, training, materials availability, and system accuracy (IFS).
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Drive performance, continuous improvement, and effective resource management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support audits and cross-site operations as required.

• NEBBS / NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.
• Computer literate and confident using warehouse systems
• Working towards or have ILM level 3
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing/leading a team of 15+ people
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Able to work at heights and be trained to use 2 FLT trucks

• Week 1
  - Thursday-Saturday
• Week 2
  - Monday to Wednesday, then seven days off.
• £28,763 pa (plus an FLT allowance of £1.03 once two licences passed)
