We need someone with practical painting and decorating skills, strongptime attention to detail, hardworking and self‑motivated. The successful candidate will develop new skills across a range of maintenance activities within a welcoming, inclusive community that champions diversity.

• Assist trades in completing projects safely and efficiently.
• Support the Facilities Department with planned maintenance programmes.
• Maintain adequate stock of materials required for routine maintenance.
• Restore fittings, fixtures and associated items to working order.戏
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating.
• Maintain a valid First Aid qualification and perform first‑aider duties when needed.
• Act as Fire Marshall across the college.
• Participate in directed training and comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Cover buildings when required for holiday or sickness cover.
• Adhere to the College’s Equality and Diversity policy.
