BCL Legal is proud to be working with a leading regional law firm to recruit an experienced Associate or Senior Associate into its expanding Worcester-based Private Client team.

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Private Client division, working as part of a large, supportive department with significant regional presence.

• Develop and lead complex matters across the full range of Private Client work, including:
• Wills and succession planning
• Estate administration and probate
• Complex inheritance tax and trust structures
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client advice
• Manage your own portfolio of high-value wills, trusts, probate and estate planning matters
• Provide technical expertise on complex tax and trust arrangements
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider Private Client team
• Contribute to business development, building strong and lasting client relationships
• Play a key role in the continued growth and profile of the Worcester office

• 5+ years' PQE in Private Client law, with strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
• The ability to handle complex and high-value matters with confidence
• Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
• A collaborative approach, contributing to both the Worcester office and the wider team
• The ambition to help shape the continued expansion of the practice
