Role: Legal Secretary – Commercial Property
Location: Worcester (Option for 4‑day week)
Hours: Full‑time, Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy Commercial Property team in Worcester. You’ll support a Partner and two fee earners, handling correspondence, audio typing, file management, diary management, client engagement and general admin.

• Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally in commercial/residential property.
• Strong audio typing/dictation skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Docu Sign, Land Registry portal and HMRC SDLT submissions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and client care.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and thrive under pressure.
