Private Client Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, Worcester, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) – JOB

• You will support and advise older and vulnerable individuals, their families and carers on a range of legal issues.
• Manage your own caseload with a focus on high‑quality, client‑centred service.
• Support business development efforts, both internally and externally, including cross‑selling and networking.
• Help to mentor and support junior colleagues within the team.

• Private Client Solicitors with 3‑6 years PQE gained with another leading firm.
• Previous experience of court of protection matters is essential.
• STEP qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship‑building and client‑care skills.
• A proactive, organised, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
