Qualified Lawyer - Residential Conveyancing - Worcester - 2+ Years PQE

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
A modern and fast-growing law firm is seeking a Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Worcester. The Role- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- New build transactions and complex residential matters
- Supervising and supporting junior members of staff
- Delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Using modern case management systems and technology to enhance service delivery
- 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confidence in managing a full caseload independently
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
Strong communication and client service skills - Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a positive "can do" attitude
- Comfort using digital case management systems and openness to adopting new technology
