Role

Summary:

We’re recruiting a Senior Insurance Account Handler to join a thriving property team following internal promotion. This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in insurance principles who thrives on building and maintaining strong client relationships and is keen to grow into a more technical specialist. You will work closely with an experienced Executive, managing bespoke property and developer client portfolios with autonomy and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients and insurers
• Manage bespoke property insurance portfolios, handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day needs
• Liaise with underwriters, challenge terms, and negotiate where appropriate
• Respond to urgent client requirements with confidence
• Work collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent service Requirements:
• Good understanding of insurance fundamentals (broking background preferred)
• Exposure to property or commercial insurance, or strong interest in developing this area
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Ability to think independently and build credibility with clients and insurers
