This customer‑facing role involves a mix of on‑site and remote support, working with a wide range of technologies across multiple sectors. You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service every step of the way. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll guide customers through solutions and represent the organisation on‑site.

• 5+ years’ IT support experience (including within an MSP), with strong Microsoft and networking knowledge.
• Experience with cloud services, backups, firewalls, and security tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills in customer‑facing environments.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

• Experience with VoIP, Linux, or AWS.
