Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Data Automation & Insights team as a Marketing Analyst!

In this role you will be responsible for data processing and analytics to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the wider business. You will also maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations across our digital and internal systems, ensuring the integrity of data flows, reporting and analytics to support our data and marketing strategy. In addition, you will support preparation for future projects, ensuring scalable, efficient and resilient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all new developments are considered and aligned to the business data architecture and structure.
  • Ensure data processes and connections to internal systems and stakeholders are maintained.
  • Support the management of our Databricks platform to improve efficiency and capabilities with marketing automation and reporting.
  • Improve the accuracy and speed of reporting on digital marketing performance and user behaviour.
  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in digital data that can drive strategic business decisions.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with data‑driven insights for campaign optimisation, customer segmentation and personalisation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Knime and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Hours

37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
