We are a UK & International Recruitment Search & Selection Consultancy with a rapidly expanding blue‑chip client base across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pac and beyond. We supply graduate calibre managers, executives and directors, and pride ourselves on professionalism and proficiency with prestigious clients across various industry verticals and functions. Our consultants are CIPD qualified HR professionals and we utilise leading‑edge recruitment technology and communication systems.
The RoleThis new role supports recruitment campaigns from an administrative and marketing perspective, incorporating new technologies in ATS, CRM and automated marketing.
Duties Recruitment Administration- Manage all recruitment administration through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM, ensuring consistent branding and up‑to‑date job opportunities.
- Verify information from Recruitment Consultants regarding campaign postings and advertising, selecting cost‑effective recruitment and social media channels and ensuring targeted regional campaigns.
- Process a high volume of applicants end‑to‑end: booking interviews, sending correspondence via ATS, and handling offers/rejections.
- Forward suitable applicants to the CRM for shortlisting by Consultants.
- Communicate with Consultants regarding new applications and applicant management processes.
- Respond to candidate queries and provide guidance on application methods, role details, locations and skill requirements.
- Ensure the ATS and CRM databases and spreadsheets are accurate, up‑to‑date and support timely reporting.
- Provide correct correspondence to all candidates regarding their application status.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring excellent support.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Operations Director to review service quality and recommend improvements.
- Assist Consultants in leveraging local, regional, national and international job boards, company website and social media to promote opportunities and our brand.
- Coordinate with marketing suppliers to design marketing materials where appropriate.
- University Degree with a classification of 2:1 or higher.
- Bonus: CIPD Level 3 Foundation HR Practice.
- Knowledge or good understanding of recruitment and marketing administration best practice.
- Proven administrative background managing high‑volume end‑to‑end structured recruitment processes.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment and marketing administration and exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- Track record of excellent customer service and adaptability to diverse audiences.
- Team‑player with proven relationship‑building skills with colleagues and candidates.
- IT skills:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), database and web‑based systems. - Proactive promotion of equal opportunities, equality and diversity within recruitment.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car (location is rural with ample parking).
