Role Overview :
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the industrial and driving sectors. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven recruitment professional to join a growing team and make a real impact in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and attract candidates

* Sales

* Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes for successful candidates.

* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.

* Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities within the industrial and driving sectors.

Requirements:

* Proven recruitment experience, specifically within industrial or driving sectors.

* Strong understanding of the labour market, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency with recruitment software and MS Office.

* Full UK driving license is desirable.
