We are recruiting professional, guest-focused Event Hosts (Bars) to join our hospitality and matchday operations team at Sixways Stadium.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in service, presentation, and professionalism, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced stadium environment where guest experience and high standards matter
.

As an Event Host working within our bar operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering confident, efficient drinks service while creating a welcoming, well‑organised environment for guests throughout matchdays and events.

You are not just serving drinks — you are helping to shape the overall stadium experience.

• Deliver accurate, efficient, and responsible drinks service
• Engage guests in a warm, professional, and composed manner
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
• Operate cashless tills confidently and accurately
• Manage service flow and queues during peak periods
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and wider hospitality teams
• Follow all licensing, safety, and stadium service procedures

• A polished and professional approach to guest service
• Confidence working in busy, high‑footfall environments
• Strong attention to detail and calmness under pressure
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude
  
  Availability for evenings, weekends, and matchdays
• Previous bar or hospitality experience welcomed, but not essential
