Position: Business Development Manager Field Sales Executive (Permanent)
Business Development Manager – Surgical Instruments & Surgical Consumable Products .

£65k–£85k (DoE) + up to £10k performance related bonus+ executive car/car allowance, pension, medical, 25 DH +BH

Territory:
Worcestershire, Leicestershire, Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire & Herefordshire

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join an established & growing healthcare solutions business making a real impact across NHS and private hospitals.

You’ll be selling a range of high-quality Surgical Instruments & Surgical Consumable products into NHS Trusts & Private Hospitals developing revenues across both established & new clients .

Successful candidates will have/be

* Consultative approach.

* Experience in selling surgical consumable products /surgical instruments/surgical devices into NHS and Private Hospitals.

* Ability to network within established clients to identify new opportunities.

* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

* CRM experience.

* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.

* Experience managing a sales territory .
