Role: Deputy Manager
Location: Regent Residential Care Home, School Road, St Johns, Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: £36,608 per annum
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

As a Deputy Manager, you will:

• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Regent
• Help lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment
• Form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families
• Be a pivotal presence in the home to support its success
• Work alongside the Home Manager to lead by example
