We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant (Scale

You will also assist with medication management, mobility support, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living space. • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and help them engage in physical activities.
• Administer medications according to care plans and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dining when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report changes in client conditions to healthcare professionals.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and encourage their independence and self-esteem.

• A minimum of Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a care assistant or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and their families.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others in need.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in healthcare.
• A good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and dignity in care.
